Estimates

Any/All estimates provided by Fine Finish Pro are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Estimates include labor, materials, and any additional services as discussed during the consultation.
• A project is considered approved once the customer signs the estimate confirmation or invoice presented to customer at completion of consultation or sent via email

Scheduling & Project Timeline

Project start dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.

Any changes to the schedule will be communicated promptly.
Fine Finish Pro is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and efficient project, customers agree to:


• Provide clear access to the work area.
• Remove personal items, décor, or fragile belongings from the workspace.
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from the work zone for safety.
• Communicate any color changes or project adjustments before work begins.

Color Selection & Samples

• Final color choices must be confirmed prior to the project start date.
• Fine Finish Pro is not responsible for color dissatisfaction once the approved color has been applied.
• Sample swatches can be applied upon request for an additional fee.

Additional Work & Change Order

• Any work requested outside the original estimate will require a written change order and may affect the project timeline and cost.
• Additional charges will be discussed and approved before the work is performed.

Payment

Payment balance is due immediately upon project completion.

Acceptible payment methods:


• Accepted: cash, check, and CashApp.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

Quality Guarantee

Fine Finish Pro takes  pride in high‑quality craftsmanship.

We guarantee:


• Proper surface preparation
• Professional application techniques
• Clean, respectful work practices
If issues arise within any workmanship 12 months, we will address them promptly at no additional cost, provided the issue is not caused by external damage, moisture, or structural problems.

Protection

Fine Finish Pro takes every precaution to protect your home and belongings:


• Fine Finish Pro is not responsible for pre‑existing damage, structural issues, or defects uncovered during the project.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made before materials are a partial refund purchased may receive of the deposit.
• Cancellations made after materials the project is scheduled are purchased or will forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.

Liability

Although Fine Finish Pro is fully insured, however we are not liable for:


• Damage caused by customer negligence
• Issues resulting from previously applied coatings
• Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
